Professionals and amateurs are hereby notified that all educational, community, and professional performances, and public/classroom readings of A Night at Gatsby's are subject to a signed licensing agreement and payment of royalties. This work is fully protected under the copyright laws of the United States of America, and in all countries and organizations with which the United States has reciprocal copyright relations. All rights, including without limitation stage rights, motion picture, recitation, lecturing, public reading, television and radio broadcasting, video and sound recording, internet and streaming, all other forms of mechanical, electronic and digital reproduction, transmission and distribution, and the rights of translation into foreign languages are strictly reserved. The following are the license and royalty requirements applicable for educational, community, and professional performances of A Night at Gatsby's.

                                High Schools, Colleges and Universities

When 12 copies of the paperback or digital playbook are purchased, license agreements and royalties are waived for in-classroom readings and performances, and for the performance of excerpts lasting less than 10 minutes at adjudicated school theatrical festivals or competitions. Full performances at school assemblies, festivals and competitions do not count as in-classroom performances.

For all school theatrical performances, 12 copies of the paperback or digital playbook must be purchased, together with a signed license agreement and a $20 per performance flat fee. These requirements pertain to on-campus or streaming performances and to those performed at school competitions or festivals. For information about educational theatre performance rights, please contact us.


                                 Community and Non-Profit Theatres

For all amateur theatrical performances, 12 copies of the paperback playbook must be purchased, together with a signed license agreement and a $35 per performance flat fee. These requirements pertain to in-theatre or streaming performances and to those performed at competitions, festivals or camps.                                 Professional and For-Profit Theatres

For all professional and for-profit theatrical performances, 12 copies of the paperback playbook must be purchased, together with a signed license agreement, a $50 per performance flat fee and 5% of gross weekly box office receipts (ticket sales.)
